ABSTRACT
This short chapter continues to explore the interconnections between politics and spirituality. The chapter is not about why people become fascinated by fundamentalist movements and join up to them. It is in fact about “our” fascination with the figure of the fundamentalist, usually Islamic, and overlooking Jewish, Christian, and Hindu fundamentalists. I also want to fray the neat and tidy divide between “fundamentalists” and “us”.
