In July 1968 you published with Éditions Fayard under the pseudonym Épistémon (why Épistémon? Because of epistemology?) a book that is today out of print, entitled Ces idées qui ont ébranlé la France [These Ideas That Have Shaken France]. In it you gave your version of the events of May 1968 in France. Many did that; Touraine did it, Edgar Morin did it—everyone wrote their own little book, their little breviary, their little interpretation of May 1968. Could you, for the readers who have not read the book, tell us first of all why you published it under a pseudonym? It is the first time that you used one. . . .
