ABSTRACT

At the international level the United Nations Security Council is the most powerful multilateral political institution, in 2013 they highlighted the transition period in societies during and after wars as one of the central issues that need consideration and that they intended as an objective of the United Nations. The report adds that the concept of Rule of Law refers to principles of ruling according to which, all people, institutions and bodies, public or private, including government itself, are answerable to law. An important and concerning issue regarding the Rule of Law is the activities of organised crime groups all over the world. Extremism, as long as it is only vocal or active, as in the form of demonstrations or talk of opposition to British or Western values within the rule of law, can be considered as individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths.
