ABSTRACT
Express one's feelings is a way of taking the internal pressure off oneself. It can relieve the pressure inside and the depression may start to lift. People need to make sure that they know what it is that they want. They need to go for a balance of work and play; time to themselves and time with others; physical and mental activity; pleasure and leisure, activity, and rest. People need to take full responsibility for them, for everything. They do not blame anything: their parents, their childhood, society, what happened in the past, other people. They need to find lots of different ways of increasing their vitality towards life. Pleasure is important. They need to increase awareness of their body and it will tell them what it needs. Most of the negative things people have been thinking about themselves and their life are a load of codswallop. They are the negative thought forms created by the depression.
