ABSTRACT
I planned to recruit four volunteer participants from each of the four training year groups. I met with the WPF Therapy programme managers and a student representative to discuss the best ways of recruiting participants. Since I facilitated the experiential group of half of Mode A first year trainees we agreed to exclude all Mode A first years.
