ABSTRACT
In my culture we have a saying that a baby is yours only while it is in the womb: once born, it belongs to the whole community. Although I was prepared to let others influence the development of “my baby”—the research—I sometimes found it difficult to let go of my ideas and welcome other people’s suggestions.
