ABSTRACT
Our PD meetings became our main source of inspiration and support and we always started on time and finished on time. At first we agreed on having a secretary writing the minutes and distributing them but after some reflection we agreed that each individual take their own minutes, because they might need to reflect on their minutes-taking skills in their personal development write up. Those who missed a meeting would take the responsibility of getting minutes from those who attended.
