ABSTRACT
Patient A was a young woman who, several years ago, and between the ages of 20 and 22, had two periods of inpatient therapy at the hospital where I used to work. Her first admission lasted only a fortnight; her second, about a year later, about 5½ months. I was her therapist on both occasions.
