ABSTRACT

The Memory represents the essential characteristic which defines identity and individuality for each human being. In the future, for instance, we might be able to transplant all sort of organs, including the brain, without necessarily changing the specific identity of a person; however, the only thing which can never be changed is the specific place which harbours the memory, because essentially we are nothing more than just water and history. Orgasm is similar to memory: it is what basically differentiates masculinity from femininity, because any other function can be either interchanged or left aside, but not the act of penetration or being penetrated. It is quite possible to imagine that some time from now, women will have the option of not becoming pregnant, choosing instead the alternative of computerised uterus banks where babies are conceived and raised until they are ready for deliver.
