ABSTRACT

ISFJs prefer Introversion, Sensing, Feeling, and Judging. As writers, ISFJ types start with the facts. They carefully collect information, often in file folders, on what has been written about a topic. ISFJ types usually write in ways that are clear, factual, and direct. They also often include human examples of the points being made. They rarely miss an important illustration or piece of evidence. School or workplace writing assignments that have a practical function and a clear set of guidelines are favored by ISFJ types. As Feeling types, ISFPs write with warmth, dedication, and a gentle perceptiveness about what makes people feel motivated. The writing style of ISFPs is usually explicit, leaving little to the imagination. They may tend to understate the importance of a point, even if they hold that value dear. ESFPs tend to have a clear sense of voice and a vitality that is very appealing.
