ABSTRACT
In Stage 7, stakeholders do the right things in the right ways that ‘enable and motivate Uses to create Benefits’ – with confidence that their approved suite of Validated SubStrategies will be effective and efficient. It typically consists of stakeholders running Projects to produce Results that enable and motivate Uses to create Benefits which have both Global plus Motivational Worths for each and every stakeholder who needs to contribute to the success of the strategy implementation. This chapter discusses what Stage 7 will achieve in order to support the other 8 stages. It presents a summary and explanation of the start-to-finish action sequence for Stage 7. The chapter demonstrates Stage 7 actions with an example of a large-scale, multi-stakeholder situation such as the redevelopment of a central business district. It also provides information on the accountabilities in Stage 7.
