ABSTRACT

Stage 8 consists of monitoring the implementation of current Projects, Results, Uses and Benefits to check that they are evolving as contracted. If not, then Stage 8 improves the Projects to more efficiently produce more useable Results which better enable and motivate Uses to create Benefits. So, Stage 8 focuses on improving efficiency in the current strategy. This chapter discusses what Stage 8 will achieve in order to support the other 8 stages. It presents a summary and explanation of the start-to-finish action sequence for Stage 8. The chapter demonstrates Stage 8 actions by applying the principles of PRUB-based performance management to the hypothetical Pingo River strategy. It also provides information on the accountabilities in Stage 8.
