ABSTRACT
This chapter provides definitions in order to unequivocally distinguish between ‘Values’ and ‘values’ (which is replaced with ‘Worths’). Worths are a measure of how Worthwhile a Benefit is perceived to be by a stakeholder who gains that Benefit. The chapter provides an updated glossary of OpenStrategies terminology as first published in Validating Strategies – Linking Projects and Results to Uses and Benefits.
