ABSTRACT
Stage 3 will define and partially Validate what we intend to do (Projects), what we will produce (Results), how they will be used (Uses) and what Benefits will arise from those Uses. It consists of logically linking Projects and Results to Uses and Benefits and adding compelling cause-and-effect Evidence. The chapter discusses what Stage 3 will achieve in order to support the other 8 stages of OpenStrategies. It presents a summary and explanation of the start-to-finish action sequence for Stage 3. The chapter demonstrates Stage 3 actions with a hypothetical example SubStrategy on the management of water quality in the Pingo River. It also discusses the accountabilities in Stage 3.
