ABSTRACT

Stage 6 will lock down the details of SubStrategies to enable effective and efficient implementation and accountability. It consists of agreeing and documenting exactly: who will do what, when, where, why, and how; the ways that these will be performance-managed; how contributors will be rewarded; and legal factors. This chapter discusses what stage 6 will achieve in order to support the other 8 stages. It presents a summary and explanation of the start-to-finish action sequence for Stage 6. The chapter demonstrates Stage 6 actions by using a hypothetical high-level Childhood Obesity SubStrategy. It also provides information on the accountabilities in Stage 6.
