ABSTRACT

The purpose of the management system is to leverage the outcomes of our daily practices to create value for the customer. This synergy delivers quality in performance that goes way beyond “business as usual” and follows guiding principle to Create Value for the Customer. The law of thermodynamics tells that the state of entropy, or disorder, of the entire universe will increase over time. It consists of four domains: Simple, Complicated, Complex, Chaotic and Disorder. The key to developing consistent patterns of ideal behavior that drive the management system is building a culture based on principles that are universal and timeless. The Cynefin Framework provides managers and leaders with a context and a perspective to better understand their observations about what is going on in their organizations so they can make better decisions for change. The key to action in the Simple domain is to categorize a known situation and respond with a well-defined counter-measure.
