ABSTRACT

Walk-in therapy poses a number of challenges to what most therapists hold dear about the theory and practice of psychotherapy. Slive and Bobele (2011c) have listed a number of FAQs that they are asked whenever they give a training course in walk-in therapy. Because these questions reveal clinicians’ preoccupations (as well as misconceptions) about walk-in therapy, they are worth considering together with Slive and Bobele’s (2011c) responses.
