ABSTRACT
Chapter 6 attempts to provide overall conclusions. This chapter also suggests some recommendations to both the Azerbaijani and Turkish governments for the improvement of laws on foreign investment, political systems and policies in order to be in a stronger position to negotiate energy-related investment agreements.
