ABSTRACT
In general, in warfare what is referred to as an "attack" means knowing the enemy. When you know the enemy has some aspect that can be destroyed and you send the army forth to attack it, you will always be victorious. A tactical principle from the Art of War states: "One who can be victorious attacks."
