ABSTRACT
Whenever you engage an enemy in battle, if their strategic power is substantial you must rigorously deploy your troops in order to prepare against them, for then the enemy will certainly not recklessly move. A tactical principle from the Art of War states: "If they are substantial, prepare for them."
