ABSTRACT
Whenever you and an enemy are engaged in mutual assaults, if rain or snow falls interminably and you observe that the enemy has grown unprepared, you should conceal troops in order to strike them, for then their strategic power can be broken. A tactical principle from the Art of War states: "Attack where they are not alert."
