ABSTRACT

One of the few issues that scientists and most world leaders agree on is that the environment is too polluted and this fact is causing human harm right now. The United Nations Statistics Division parses the problem of pollution via air, water, and ground. The problem of air pollution takes at least two forms: a cause for global warming, and a medical threat to those breathing the air, causing and exacerbating asthma and other respiratory ailments. The direct and indirect adulteration of the oceans and other waterways are a major concern for the first form of water pollution. There are two general ways to think about water pollution. The first is via the adulteration of natural fresh and saltwater by the activity of humans. The second general way to think about water pollution is by the effects of global warming on water reserves around the world.
