ABSTRACT

This chapter focuses on using the feedback you receive to improve your performance when you next undertake these tasks. There are a range of informal feedback opportunities you may harness at any point during the academic year. There are also some important formal feedback opportunities that provide you with key learning moments, by helping you not just understand why you were awarded the mark you were awarded but also see what you can learn for future assessments and practice. This chapter takes you through a structured process to help you make the most of these feedback opportunities, encouraging you to reread your work and to refer back to the assessment and grading criteria in conjunction with the feedback you have received to support your development as part of the reflective learning cycle.
