ABSTRACT
Separately from the UK’s domestic European Union Withdrawal Act (“EUWA”), the European Commission Draft Withdrawal Agreement (“DWA”) is being developed through round table negotiations between the 27 European Union Member States (“EU 27”). The DWA provides for transitional arrangements which will keep EU law in place until 31 December 2020.
