This chapter provides how-to guides on making in-camera special effects using 16mm and 8mm cameras. Animation, the stop trick, double exposure, split screen cinematography, and time-lapse are highlighted in this chapter. In particular, this chapter focuses on making these effects with the Bell and Howell 70DR, Bolex H16 REX, and Cine Kodak Special 16mm cameras.
