ABSTRACT

At the end of each stage it is really good to review what people have done with the children and young people (CYP) and to think about what they have enjoyed, what they have found useful and what they have taken away. Whilst working people have collected a variety of feedback information, including information on the interview process, the training and the work as the Wellbeing Champions have been doing it. It is a useful exercise to share these with the CYP and to record them on a termly evaluation sheet that can then be discussed by people and the CYP with the SLT at the end of each term. If the work supporting children transitioning into the school from another school identifies the need for a “welcome to our school” user pack for CYP, the Wellbeing Champions might lead a session within classes to put together a pack created by other CYP.
