ABSTRACT
An Intelligent Nation needs intelligent, resilient citizens whose interactions create the culture, values and beliefs. They are at the heart of the nation, its source of current and future value. Every individual is of equal potential and must receive equal opportunity while it is the responsibility of the powerful to use that power for the benefit of others. The balance of power between the individual and the state must be restored and the individual recognised as the source of wealth, power and well-being with politicians elected to exercise power at their behest. Each citizen must be enabled to be intelligent and resilient with the government held to account by them.
