ABSTRACT
The theoretical concept on the trajectory of development of cooperative relationships in Cluster Organization (COs), developed as the result of the authors’ research study, provides a better understanding and facilitates the perception of the mechanisms that govern cooperation in this type of organizations. The work introduces some cutting-edge facts to the subject knowledge and fills the cognitive and methodological gap recognized in the literature on cooperation in COs. The methodological value of the study is based on the methodology of the grounded theory applied to analyze COs – considering the discussed problems, it should be deemed as an innovative approach. Since the publication primarily focuses on the concept of CO in the context of creating development opportunities for its component enterprises, it is recommended that future research should scrutinize how cluster enterprises benefit from these opportunities.
