ABSTRACT
Informed by the literature discussed in Chapter 2, this chapter presents the study’s aims, research questions, and research design. It describes the target population, the sampling procedures, and the criteria for selecting participants. From there, Chapter 3 reviews the method used for the data collection of the study. After explaining the research instruments and the frameworks used for analysing different types of data, the chapter concludes by referring to the data analysis procedures.
