ABSTRACT
Chapter 6, “Curating Organizational Heartbeats,” walks readers through the purpose-driven employee engagement model and provides numerous examples to deepen readers’ understanding of the model’s various components. The chapter highlights the importance of cultivating a culture of courage, authenticity, and intentional collective leadership, while also offer two additional models to guide engagement: the edgework model and the D2R2 reflective process improvement model.
