ABSTRACT
Chapter 5 concludes with a brief summary and analysis of findings from each chapter. Further, the chapter gives detailed reasons behind the gap between the legal right in the form of a Geographical Indication tag and the realization of that right in reality. At the end of this chapter, recommendations are laid out for strengthening the structure of the law on Geographical Indications and its alignment with policy initiatives of the government for the betterment of the overall GI Law and related policies as implemented in India.
