ABSTRACT

Closing is the point where ending a project occurs, whether successful or not. A project, by definition, is always finite, including a start and end. An unsuccessful project stays disconnected from the organization. In an IT project, this includes stabilized system and workflow aspects and achievement of widespread user competency needed for continuous process improvement. “DELTA principles logically embrace the human effect required for project success by unifying complementary ingredients from change and Agile IT project management. For example, the DELTA communication principle combines PMBOK Guide communications management with AIM human behaviors of expressing, modeling, and reinforcing to increase change success”.
