ABSTRACT

The final section is the recapitulation of the need for committed involvement to critical pedagogy as a process of art making and how this process can lead to the ownership of education as a social tool as ordinary, and as daily life. Art, Critical Pedagogy and Capitalism: Understanding Adversarial Methods represents a re-interpretation of how critical pedagogy can influence art production. Here the aim is to demonstrate the theory previous and the practice in relation to the outcomes of collaboration framed within a pedagogically-led art practice. Through plurality of the self, demonstrated by Virginia Woolf, and the Novel Lady of Mazes by Karl Schroder (2016) the aim of the comparison is to use artistic interpretations of plurality within both a singular being and worlds, followed by a short conclusive section.
