ABSTRACT

This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book expresses that using elements of existential thought derived from the work of Karl Jaspers and coupled with a basic understanding of power and agency allows us to identify and situate different perspectives to one another. It highlights the themes of disempowered archetypes and what they can tell us individually and collectively. The book introduces infantilization that is developed over the years through an examination of citizenship behavior, critical theory, and political thought. It focuses on the concept of domination, which is a starting point that allows to easily connect to both critical theory generally and critical management more specifically. The book explores sandbox that provides a valuable set of tools to make the process of conceptual adaptation a bit simpler and potentially more practical by helping scholars who reflect upon the concepts in question to contextualize their use, application, and sources.
