ABSTRACT
This section grounds the theoretical implications of ‘minority participatory performance’ that have surfaced at the various sites of interrogation (and articulated in various chapters). At this political cultural juncture when the concern for ‘minority’ perspectives is all the more important, this chapter hopes to shed light on the strategies and practices of listening among the majority (e.g., through policy, education and advocacy), for the interests of relevant stakeholders.
