ABSTRACT
This chapter draws a number of findings based on the comparison of SCR in Egypt and Turkey. The chapter also offer a number of recommendations to all stake holders in SCR in Egypt where some of these recommendations drawn from the successful democratic civilian control model in Turkey (2002–2016), it then concludes by offering an amended theoretical approach of SCR based on the concept of conditioned concordance.
