Some broad connecting threads running across the book are picked up here. This chapter discusses slippages between the claims made on behalf of Digital India initiatives in the name of the poor and the realities consequent to implementing those initiatives for the poor. The Conclusion also considers where the top-down and on-the-ground perspectives discussed in the two parts of this book converge.
