ABSTRACT

The power of the story and the experience, and the convergence of the two into a new discipline, has gained foothold across multiple industries, as they have proven to be applicable and valuable for a wide range of uses. They are still very relevant to those working in, or aspiring to work in, the entertainment industry, whether people are talking movies, games, theme parks or something else. As a testament that its applicability reaches beyond destinations, attractions and entertainment, Integrated Storytelling has been used in one form or the other for branding, design and development for IT services, hardware cooling systems, community building, farming, business acceleration programs, learning, wellness and beauty products to name just a few. At its core, Integrated Storytelling combines story and experience to be able to create something new that can be structured and connected with the audiences in multiple ways across various engagement points.
