Working with an event like a restaurant visit visualised in steps makes it possible to add explore what may or may not happen during each micro experience. The audience journey is marked as a horizontal timeline of events, and a vertical timeline of emotional status; high placement for positivity, low placement for negativity. This memory sequence is the story in which the audience is the main character, or even the hero. It will most likely be shared through word of mouth, social media and perhaps even as a review, influencing whether others will try to relive or avoid the place where this particular string of Micro Experiences took place.
