ABSTRACT
In the Conclusion, I offer some culminating thoughts based on the discussions within the varied terrains traversed in the five chapters of the book. In this process, recognizing that the writing of this book is the conclusion of a deeply social, political, and personal study, I have situated myself within the study and the text as an interpretive and political bricoleur who has relied on textual analysis of the writings of leading critical intellectuals. In this process, it cannot be ignored that my own personal and professional life experiences have been present, as I have crafted an interpretation which for me has deep personal meaning. The framework described in the five interconnected chapters of the book led me to this interpretation and conclusion. It is my sincere hope that my own interpretations and conclusions will not be an end, but will prompt further dialog and consideration for the reader.
