This approach invites us to view coachees also as scientists who develop, test and revise their hypotheses. The chapter explores key principles, operating models and techniques in the personal and relational construct coaching. Personal and relational construct coaching techniques are elaborated, including Salmon Line, ABC, perceiver element grid (PEG), Community of Self and Fixed Role Technique. For each technique instructions with elaborative questions and possible applications are provided. A case example is offered to illustrate key principles of personal and relational construct coaching.
