ABSTRACT
This chapter takes a deep dive into the praxis of three filmmakers who have spent decades as adventurers at the frontiers of documentary form. Lynette Wallworth, Anna Broinowski and Robert Greene are characterised by the intellectual depth they bring to an understanding and articulation of their evolving practice and because of their nuanced relationships with their subjects as collaborators and/or co-creators.
