ABSTRACT
Spirituality as a positive action has, perhaps, been one of the most misused and misconstrued concepts where, over the years, it has acquired diverse and somewhat conflicting meanings. A process of increasing in amount; an economic activity or importance. A journey is defined as either a trip or a tour, meaning to travel from one place to another. A journey also means travelling a long distance, over some time and often in dangerous circumstances. A trip is a shorter journey. A tour is used to describe a journey which has numerous stops in it. A nucleus is the centre core of an atom. The nucleus itself is an organelle, which is derived from organ. Human beings consist of a bundle of negative and positive emotions, which make up our rational thought, feelings and responses. Spiritual support groups consist of an interconnected network of people who provide emotional and practical help to others who are in serious difficulty.
