ABSTRACT
We wanted to explore arts-based methods that were quite different to typical diversity interventions. Inspiration for the workshops came partly through the literature review, in particular Olivier and Verity’s (2008) paper ‘Rehearsing tomorrow’s leaders: the potential of “mythodrama”’; and attendance at the Art of Management Organisation conference 2016 in Bled, Slovenia. At the conference, one of the authors was introduced to a consultant and researcher of CoCreation based in Copenhagen, Denmark, who in 2010 had successfully completed his doctoral work on arts-based methods in management education at Cranfield School of Management.
