Introduction

This monograph is the first comprehensive analysis of Lithuanian foreign policy by employing the agent-perspective to assess how a particular agent – President Dalia Grybauskaitė – impacted Lithuanian foreign policy during 2009–2019, and the extent to which she affected change in global and international structures. The introduction chapter presents main ideas and the structure of the book.
