ABSTRACT
This chapter is the first chapter focussed on the data analysis and results, and provides the findings for the first stage of the sustainability assessment: the Issue Identification and Prioritisation Stage. This stage is comprised of two key steps, the initiation and scoping step. This chapter is structured around the management practices, tools and techniques that are used by organisations undertaking these steps, providing insights into all three sectors within this study.
