ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the findings for the second stage of the sustainability assessment: Impact Assessment. It specifically explores how organisations are conducting impact analysis and alternative selection, and how this translates into selecting the best mitigation/enhancement solutions to address these impacts. This chapter follows a similar structure to the previous chapter, looking across the management practices, tools and techniques, with analysis of each of the three sectors within the sample.
