ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the findings of the last stage of the sustainability assessment – Impact Monitoring and Follow-up. It explores how organisations monitor and evaluate their sustainability performance and implement changes in response to their performance outcomes. Monitoring processes represent an important part of the assessment process as they are central to measuring the impact of the applied mitigation strategies. A variety of tools and techniques used by organisations will be presented in this chapter.
