ABSTRACT

Lack of understanding is either ingrained in unwillingness to take the time to understand, or it rests on deep-rooted biases, which stand in the way of the willpower to learn more about the source of the misunderstanding. Taking the time to listen to others, and giving them equal opportunities, will lead to enhanced understanding, which will also lead to increased mutual appreciation, a greater sense of ownership, more productivity from more angles, and a tremendous surge in motivation.
