ABSTRACT
The way you exert leadership depends on your goals and your behavior. It’s therefore important to reflect regularly, on how you can benefit yourself from your leadership behavior, and how others can. Sometimes it takes many years for people to realize how you benefitted them with your leadership efforts, and some people may never realize it. That’s okay as long as your intentions are morally sound.
